Quit smoking If you are a smoker, you should immediately quit smoking. On the other hand, if you do not smoke, you should stay away from active and passive smoking. Limit your caffeine consumption and avoid alcohol Reduce your daily consumption of caffeinated drinks, like tea, coffee, sodas, and foods, such as chocolate. Moreover, it would help if you stopped consuming alcohol. Exercise everyday Engage in daily exercises, as it can help you overcome constipation and bladder problems.
